Dialing instructions

To use Easy Comm Standard calling card you need to follow 3 steps:

1. Dial the access number for Easy Comm Network
After dialing the access number an robot will guide you through the dialing process. It will ask you to press 2 for selecting English. To keep to Romanian wait 2 seconds.

2. Insert the User Id ( PIN ), followed by #
The robot will ask you to enter the User_Id ( PIN ). You will receive this number from the confirmation e-mail. After entering this User_Id please dial #. The robot will tell you the remaining credit.

3. Dialing the international number in standard format followed by #
For example: 00 + country code + prefix + number + #. After communicating the remaining credit the robot will ask you to dial the international number in standard format. The robot will tell you the number of minutes available for this conversation and the connection will be made.

The phone must be in TON mode. For access through analogical networks you dial the access number in PULS mode, switch to TON mode and then follow the standard procedure.
